We adhere to the classic philosophy of CrossFit: Constantly varied, functional exercise performed at high intensity. What sets us apart is a well rounded program built upon the foundation of safety, great programming that focuses on creating muscular symmetry, as well as correcting muscle imbalances and becoming proficient in multi-planar movement patterns (e.g. forward, backward, lateral and rotational).
Great coaching is based on knowledge, practical experience, interpersonal skills and attention to detail; our staff at CrossFit Krait embody these attributes.
We strive toward mastery of technique by integrating true athletic movements into workouts (that include lateral and rotational planes of motion) and a diligent recovery regimen leads to success. In contrast, training too much in one area, and not enough in others, leads to overuse injuries.
This is why we strive towards muscular symmetry. A balanced program will enhance overall athletic and physical prowess without compromising the body.
